The cryogenic effect produce crystal type pattern. As this effect is colorless, it s usually used as a basecoat for a candy to improve the aspect of depth. The application is easy : Step 2 : A white pearl basecoat or clear aluminium besecoat must be applied , then sanded with a thin grain sandpaper (>P1500). Step 2 : poor the cryo effect on the substrate, or soak the substrate into the cryo liquid. Then allow the liquid to leak completly. That's it . Do not touch until it s completly dry. The colder the rooms temperature is, the larger will be the crystals. Step 3 : Apply a thin coat of black basecoat (enough to cover) over the dried cryogenic effect without sandind prior. Then use a thin grain sandpaper (>P1500), sand very gently the surface : The crystals patterns will appear. Step 4 : Apply any tinted candy clearcoat over all that.
