Description:
The Chrome Mirror Paint is easy to apply: It only requires good skills and experience in automotive spray-painting technics.
The chrome paint option is economical, non toxic, and confer an amazing chrome finishing, which comes very close to a real chrome.
We produce a very durable paint (High resistance to outdoors conditons, abrasion, onec the chrome has been topcoated) which is not yellowing with time, or fading, nor peeling.
Destination: Automobile, design, decoration. It is possible to paint numerous type of material like, metal, aluminium, plastics, wooden prepared surfaces, polycarbonates... Composition: 1k solvented paint
Tools: Conventionnal or HPLV Sprayguns, airbrushes. Thin nozzles recommended.

500ml Chrome Primer
500ml chrome mirror paint.
500ml Clearcoat 500ml hardener for primer and clearcoat 125ml thinner for primer and clearcoat 5 electrostatic cloths

Guide d'application et conseils:     
Application is done is 3 steps : Primer, chrome then topcoat.
1. Apply a well hardened glossy black paint (PU, 2K or black clearcoted). Bake 60-70 °C for 90min, or at room temperature for 96h). The most important thing to get a real mirror effect is the Glossy Black préparation .
2. Shake well prior use. Choose a low air pressure and start with a few very thin and successive passes. (Spray more air than paint). Bake 60-70 ° C during 90min, or 150°C for 30min, or at room temperature during 24h.
3. To obtain the best result and to reduce the risks of mirror effect lost during the clearcoating, use our waterbased automotive stabilizer BlueOrb: Spray 3-4 micro passes/flash coats and allow a sufficient drying time. This very effective stabilizer will « stick » the surface of the chrome and annihilate the effects of the Clearcoat solvants.
4. Apply our Clearcoat (100% clear + 50% hardener + 10% thinner). Warning : Start with 4 flash coats before applying wet coats.
Its possible to tint the chrome by adding our special CANDY (concentrate UV resistant tint s) to any clear and lay it over the chrome paint.
It is possible to use our Chrome Mirror paint over the « inside » of any transparent and glosy surface (Glass, Acrylic, Polycarbonate...). The surface must be perfectly cleaned with a sof cleaner like alcohol) prior application.
